Orders
You can cancel or change your order by emailing us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled — please double-check all details before placing your order.
Please email us immediately if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement and resend your order as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
We are not currently accepting instalment payments, but this option will be available soon. Stay tuned!
Tax & Duties
This depends on your location:
  • United States: Items are duty and tax-free up to $800 in goods value.
  • European Union: Import customs duty applies to goods over €150. VAT is always charged regardless of value.
  • United Kingdom: Import duties apply to goods over £135. VAT is always charged.
Ring Care
With a little care, your Peachwell ring will last a lifetime:
  • Remove during activities: Take off your ring while cleaning, gardening, exercising, swimming, or sleeping to prevent damage or loss.
  • Storage: Store your ring in a separate soft pouch to prevent scratching from other jewellery.
  • Avoid lotions & makeup: Remove your ring when applying lotions, hair products, or makeup — these can dull the stone's brilliance over time.
  • Professional inspection: Have a jeweller inspect the prongs and setting once or twice a year to ensure the stone remains secure.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this time.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear.
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
  • Within 2 hours of placing your order — email us to request a change.
  • If the item received is faulty or damaged.
Shipping
We ship worldwide, with the exception of India and Mexico. Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.
We aim to deliver every order within 7–10 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer in certain countries due to local customs processing.
